Red Light Devotion

I say here,  

under a new moon’s 

red light

     even if it’s to the ghost of you,  

     even if you never return,  

          even when I’m afraid.  

I’ll tell the world how we came to be,  

planting a foundation in love,  

     I believe you showed me  

a vision to become.
